BOBBY STEWART STREET

Amsterdam boxing legend Bobby Stewart, who is often noted for his work helping mentor and train Mike Tyson when the former heavyweight champ was a teenager at the Johnstown juvenile detention facility, was honored at the state Capitol recently, with a proclamation delivered by Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara.

Former Tryon State School for Boys - home of where former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson was discovered by Bobby Stewart. We have a long professional and personal relationship with Tyson and this summer we presented Tyson and Stewart, with road signs, bearing their names “Iron Mike Way” that will be placed at the main entry roads of the development.
